1. Antonio Oliva – Antonio Oliva Coaching

Address: Josefstrasse 29, 8005
Contact Details: [email protected]
Operating Hours:
- Monday – Friday: 9 AM to 6 PM
Antonio Oliva isn’t your typical career coach—he didn’t exactly study for it in university. Instead, he was a former member of the Italian Air Force who joined the corporate world. He sought help from a career coach and soon found his purpose.
I found it remarkable that his qualifications come not from textbooks but from over 30 years of professional experience. It’s unconventional, but his strategy delivers real results.
I appreciate how Antonio’s approach is deeply personal. He’s on a mission to help people like himself—those who are searching for clarity and direction in their careers.
What stood out to me was Antonio’s emphasis on balance. He doesn’t just aim to help you succeed professionally; he wants you to find happiness in both your personal and professional life.
However, Antonio’s focus on professionals can be intimidating to those just starting out in their careers. Similarly, his focus on personal growth as a foundation for professional success may be hard to grasp at first.
Great listener and detailed-oriented
“Antonio is an excellent coach, and an excellent person. What I have enjoyed most in his coaching is the ability to narrow down the issue at the same time being a great listener and a detail-oriented guide. I recommend him very much.”
– Alessandra Patti, Google Review
Emphatic and authentic
“Antonio accompanied me on my way to retirement. In addition to his great life experience, he radiates so much empathy and authenticity that it was a real pleasure to chat and discuss with him. I felt very understood and accepted by him. Many many thanks and all the best!.”

Address: Stampfenbachstrasse 42, 8006

Operating Hours:

Influence Digest+ included Sandra Künzler as one of the top 15 coaches in Zurich in 2024. That’s saying a lot and serves as undeniable proof of how good she is as a coach.
I also find her certificates remarkable. Sandra is an International Coaching Federation Professional Certified Coach with certifications from Deutsche Sporthochschule Köln and Mindgroup Coaching Academy.
In addition, she’s a certified master according to the Reiss Motivation Profile®. In short, she is highly qualified, which is exactly what I’m here for.
As a former athlete, Sandra instils in her clients the value of rigorous mental training for career improvement. She uses proven techniques to help clients regulate their emotions and optimize performance.
Infectiously optimistic and truly empathetic
“I can only regard the experience I had in coaching with Sandra as very positive. Right from the start you feel very well looked after, in a positive but also challenging atmosphere. With helpful tips, tools, general input and food for thought, she encouraged people to rethink habits, thoughts and attitudes and to try out and implement new things. This is to achieve gradual improvement. Practice and training play an extremely important role here. I am very happy to have received the support I was hoping for from Sandra in the area of coaching and I look forward to further constructive meetings.”
– Domi, Google Review
Goal-oriented coaching with full conviction
“I can highly recommend Sandra with full conviction. Her coaching was very goal-oriented and we were able to achieve the goals we had set ourselves together in a very short time. She helped me to better understand certain topics in detail and gave me tools to support me in my everyday life. Sandra’s coaching is an investment that truly pays off in both the short and long term.”

3. Claudia Wehrli – C2G Coaching & Training GmbH

Address: Einkaufszentrum GLATT, Neue Winterthurerstrasse 99
Contact Details: + 41 79 768 37 29
Operating Hours:
- Monday – Friday: 8 AM – 8 PM
- Saturday: 8 AM – 6 PM
Claudia Wehrli’s extensive experience is truly exceptional. A biology researcher by profession, Claudia has transitioned to career coaching as a qualified coach and adult educator.
She’s also a federal examinations expert with specialisations in personal and social skills, which is impressive.
The range of services Claudia offers is unrivalled as well. She provides individual and team coaching, along with programs for career starters, career progression, and more.
I find it valuable that her unique approach is to make things easier for her clients. One way she accomplishes this is by helping them navigate both personal and professional challenges.
Even with these diverse offerings, Claudia still makes sure every session is tailored to the specific needs of participants.
However, this tailored approach also means sessions can take a little longer than usual. It can sometimes make a session a bit overwhelming. And since she takes her time with every client, she can occasionally become a bit too preoccupied.
Provides constructive development process
“The coaching with Ms Wehrli was one of the most important and correct decisions I have made this year. Ms Wehrli’s ability to ask specific questions in a very sensitive way, to guide the conversation and her “tact” led to a very constructive, open and successful development process. The effects of the coaching were noticeable to me and continued to develop over the entire period – much more than I had initially expected.”
– C. Meyer, C2G website
Communicates well with clients
“Claudia as a person and her way of communicating was absolutely on my wavelength. I took advantage of coaching from her because my high expectations of myself were not making any progress and were also blocking me. I was totally caught up in my issue and Claudia managed to discover the true cause within me in a very short time. From that point on, my perspective on many issues in my life changed. This gave me energy for the important things in my everyday life and I am much more relaxed.”
– D. Graf Müller, C2G website
4. Alexandra Schmid

Address: St. Jakobstrasse 57, 8004
Contact Details: +48 782 261 733
Operating Hours:
- Monday – Friday: 9 AM to 7 PM
Alexandra Schmid is another veteran in the career coaching field. Her 14 years of experience spans specialisation areas such as personal development and career planning.
She also holds a diploma in body-centred psychology counselling and is a federally certified trainer. This gave me the confidence that her expertise is backed by both practical experience and formal qualifications.
Alexandria offers various coaching programs. These include career counselling, psychological counselling, and career assessment.
What’s unique about Alexandria’s approach is she believes people’s well-being is closely linked to their career success.
To enhance her clients’ well-being, Alexandra integrates her expertise in yoga and meditation into her coaching. She refers to these practices as forms of deceleration, making them an excellent starting point for personal development.
However, I found it challenging to schedule a session. It took me two weeks to finally receive a booking confirmation.
Provides on-point communication
“Looking and finding out what my next step could be in my already more mature working life was the concern with which I turned to Alexandra Schmid. With the skillful dosage of determination and empathy, Alexandra held the space I needed to determine my position. I always felt that I was in good hands in both human and professional aspects, and at the same time that I was motivated and supported in a targeted manner. This is underpinned by diverse professional and life experience and her talent for acting and communicating to the point.”
– Christina Tschopp, Google Review

“Alexandra Schmid’s coaching impresses with its professional expertise and its precise focus on individual concerns. Her forward-looking, empathetic way of working opens up new perspectives that lead to personal and professional development. She knows how to provide support on both a professional and a human level. 5. Harry Bose – Well Spoken

Address: Zeughausstrasse 31, 8004
Contact Details: +41 79 852 54 99
Operating Hours:
- Monday & Tuesday: 8 AM – 6 PM
- Wednesday – Friday: 9 AM – 6 PM
Harry Bose is a different kind of career coach. He took an unconventional path toward coaching. He started out as a TV producer, then went to private education before eventually landing in career coaching.
As the founder of Well Spoken, he specialises in helping clients refine their public speaking and develop persuasive presentations.
His sessions emphasise practical techniques that are both actionable and effective. This means clients can climb the corporate ladder and be able to interact comfortably in business settings.
The only downside is that he’s focused on business people. If you’re outside of the corporate world, his approach might feel less relatable.
Regardless, he’s a confident communicator. It’s a positive aspect that makes his sessions engaging and easy to follow.
His competitive pricing is a major plus for me. As someone mindful of budget constraints, I found his services to offer great value without compromising quality.
Easy to work with
“Great professional and person, I can only recommend as a public speaking coach. For his knowledge and the “technical” support he can give you, but also because of his way of being and working. Easy to work with, nice, honest, collaborative and creates an environment of trust and openness. Delivered results and made it fun to work together, nothing else I could ask for..”
– Juan Manuel Becero Voces, Google Review
Offers a personalised approach to boost confidence
“Recently attended a workshop with Harry and couldn’t be more satisfied. His expertise and personalised approach helps boost your confidence, while providing insightful feedback on things to improve/work on. Highly recommend Harry / Wellspoken to anyone looking to improve their public speaking abilities.”
